Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking soda

  • 3/4 cup of Sugar

  • 1/3 cups of Melted Butter unsalted

  • chopped pecans (optional)

  • loaf pan

  • 2 banans peeled



  1. Wash Your Hands.preheat oven at 350

  2. grab a small mixing bowl and your two peeled bananas and mash them with a fork until its smooth.

  3. Add in your melted butter and continue mashing with fork until blended well

  4. Mix in the baking soda, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, mix well then add your flour.

  5. spray your loaf pan (pam) pour breading into loaf pan sprinkle chop pecans on top (optional) if not put into the oven for 50min or 1hr 05min. you can check to see if the inside is cooked with a toothpick inserted into the center if it comes out clean then its ready for cooling . if the inside is still wet and the outside is cooked take the bread out and place foil on top and back into the oven until browned.
