Ingredients
2 eggs
3 cups of flour
Texas toast bread
honey bbq sauce
provolone cheese
skinless chicken breast
butter
vegetable oil
2 cups of buttermilk
Seasonings (2tbps)
onion powder
garlic powder
chicken bullion
paprika
accent
tony chachere
mustard
Italian seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Wash your hands
season the skinless chicken breast strips with all 7 seasonings including the mustard and mill well. pour in buttermilk. set aside
heat deep fryer 375 degrees
In a small bowl mix eggs . set aside
In a large bowl pour in flour ( 3cups). set aside
Dip chicken into egg mixture then into flour mix then back into egg mixture then back into the flour giving it a double coating then into the fryer .repeat this process for the rest of the chicken.
In a small sauce pan heat med-high. spread butter on both sides of Texas bread giving it a toast on both sides until golden brown.
Spread honey bbq sauce on both sides of the Texas toast bread lay 3 chicken strips then lastly add provolone cheese.
