Ingredients
2 box’s of Jiffy Cornbread
2 lbs of Ground Beef
1 8.5oz can of kernel Corn
1 10z can of rotel Tomatoes
1 23oz Cream of Mushroom
Jalapeños
1 1/2 of cheddar shredded cheese
SPICES
Tony Chachere
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Accent
Beef Bullion
CornBread Mix Parsley
2/3 cup of milk
2 tbps of sugar
2 box of jiffy cornbread
2 eggs
1) Wash yoour hands. Preheat oven 350 degrees
2) In a large skillet on medium heat add ground meat seasoning with 6 spices cook drain and set aside.
3) In a large bowl combine rotel and corn drained juice
4) Add cooked ground meat to rotel mix combining the cream of mushroom and jalpenos combine well add more season to taste.
5) In a small bowl mix all corn bread ingredients
6) In greased 9x13in pan pour down ground meat and rotel mix flating with the mix down with a soon sprinkle a layer of cheddar cheese covering the top
7) Lastly pour your cornbread mix on top . . try to leave space for rising place in oven for 1hour 1/2 or until cornbread is nice and golden
